Insurance
Port Adelaide Serviced Offices provides insurance for the entire building, public areas and plate glass, however insurance (contents and public liability) for your rented suite is your own responsibility.
Kitchen Facilities
There are two kitchens located in the building equipped with hot water, a fridge, microwave, and miscellaneous items. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided. Filtered water is also on tap.
Main Entrance Doors
Are opened on business days at 8.30am and closed at 5.00pm.
Office Cleaning
Cleaning of your office is performed once a week. Additional cleaning can be provided as required.
Personalised Answering Service
Your telephone will be answered in your company name and messages will be taken for you when your suite is unattended, or if your line is engaged. Any other special instructions you require will be attended by the staff at reception. Messages are given by hard copy or email.
Postage and Courier Services
We hand deliver all received mail daily as part of our inclusive room rental. We also deliver outgoing mail daily to Australia Post at no extra charge. Special delivery runs or unusual items to the GPO will be done on an ad-hoc basis. Australia Post Delivers any time between 9.30am and 11.30am each morning. If you are sending mail there is an outgoing tray at reception. Reception can also provide all stamps and express postbags if required. Local, Interstate and International courier services can be arranged for you at reception.
Reception Services
We don’t just take messages, we can help you run and market your business. Our friendly staff, will greet your guests and introduce their arrival to you, or direct them to the pre booked Board Room as directed. They are there to react immediately to all of your requests and needs as if you employ your own full time receptionist.
Rubbish Removal
As part of our service, individual rubbish bins are emptied at the end of each day.
Security and Building Access
You will have 24 hour, 7 days a week access to your office, without having to make a prior arrangement. The offices are individually keyed for your own security.
Service Accounts
Monthly accounts will be made out on the first day of each month.
Signage
In order to maintain your personal image, all businesses are individually signposted on the Reception Directory Board. Business Identification for your suite is also provided.
Additionally, to further enhance your image, front of building signage is available.
IT Technology
The entire building is hardwired for internet broadband connection. It is a simple plug in and play configuration to connect up. ADSL connection provides the user with the fastest and most efficient up to date technology for internet browsing, networking and downloading purposes.
Port Adelaide Serviced Offices provides you with a suite of on-site internet products. We offer you permanent internet access, web hosting, email addresses and high access using a secure firewall. We can get you online fast, secure and inexpensively.

Your electricity, water, air conditioning, heating and building maintenance costs are included in your rental.
